Diego Costa and Jordan Henderson had a series of hotly-tempered square-ups

Chelsea have been revealed as the worst behaved team in the Premier League.

In news that is sure to irk those at the club, Chelsea have scored a lowly 159 points in the respectful conduct points table.

The data was collected by Football Association Fair Play and published in the Telegraph.

Chelsea’s rivals Liverpool have been named at the top of the list.

This may come as no surprise to football fans, with Chelsea players not being the referee’s favourite group. This was highlighted in their game against PSG at Stamford Bridge, where the Blues players hounded referee Bjorn Kuipers before he sent off PSG striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Both Jose Mourinho and Diego Costa have been frequent visitors to the FA headquarters this season due to a series of fracas – which must have played a large part in Chelsea’s poor ranking.
