Chelsea target Felipe Anderson is keen to remain to his current club, Lazio, in next season.
The Brazilian midfielder, 21, just renewed his contract with the Italian club until 2020 and his agent Stefano Castagna explained to GazzettaTV that his player likes very much the club and the project, so he’s got no reason to move shortly:
“He [Felipe Anderson] took up the Lazio cause when he arrived in Italy last year, the Biancocelesti made a big and important offer for him, even though they had to wait for a while for him to recover from an injury that kept him out for some time”
“He’s a guy with the fundamental physical and technical characteristics needed for today’s football. He’s improved his defensive play and he’s still growing as a player”
“We renewed the contract with the capital side because the project here is very interesting”
Mourinho was really interested in signing the player in next transfer window and even sent scouts to watch him recently but it seems the deal will be hard.
