Chelsea forward Pedro has no doubts, that his move from Barcelona to Chelsea will enhance his chances of playing a major role at Euro 2016 with Spain.
The Spaniard left Barcelona because he lost his place in the starting XI as he was not able to compete with Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez.
That is why, the 28-year-old decided to join Chelsea where since his arrival, he is playing an important role in the team. And the more appearances he will make, the more chances that Vicente del Bosque will call him for an international duty at Euro 2016.
Pedro said :
“I am happy with how my time has started at Chelsea,”
“When you have more minutes you can play at a different rhythm with more confidence and a different mentality. I am sure the move will be very good for me to play both at Chelsea and with the national team.”
Talking about yesterday match against Slovakia, the Spanish forward said :
“The game yesterday was one of the best playing in our style,”
“There was a lot of first-touch football and we were always looking to attack against a Slovakia side that hadn’t lost a game. It is possibly our best game since the World Cup.”
