Manchester United and Chelsea flop Radamel Falcao was linked with Middlesbrough.

Falcao, 30, made just 10 Premier League appearances last season and scored only one goal, spending most of the season to recover from muscular injuries.

His parent club is still Monaco, who signed him from Atletico Madrid in a €40m deal in 2013.

He was then loaned to the two Premier League top clubs but failed to make an impact after his performances worsened after his cruciate ligament injury in early 2014.

Chelsea target Miralem Pjanic won’t join the Blues after reaching an agreement with Juventus, according to several reports in Italy.

The Serie A Champions are getting even closer to sign the Roma midfielder as they have reportedly triggered Pjanic’s buyout clause for an amount of €32m.

The 26-year-old Bosnia international is reportedly eager to join the Bianconeri, despite he spent 5 seasons with the Giallorossi.

Former Chelsea and Barcelona midfielder Deco has announced he will play in the Futsal League 2016 in India.

Each side will have one marquee footballer, three international futsal players and one Indian futsaller.

Deco, 38-year-old, said: “I’m really looking forward to playing in the inaugural season of Premier Futsal. I was born in Brazil and grew up playing Futsal on the streets,”

“It’s where I picked up the skills that laid the foundation for my success on the international stage and served me well throughout my career. So in a sense I’m returning to my roots.”

Juventus striker Alvaro Morata would prefer a move to Manchester United over Chelsea if Zlatan Ibrahimovic didn’t join the Red Devils, according to reports on Onda Cero.

The Spaniard reportedly favours a move to Manchester United ahead of the likes of Chelsea, Arsenal, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain.

Morata has been heavily linked with a comeback to his former team Real Madrid who might activate the buyout clause in his contract, then the 23-year-old could be sold again for around £40m this summer.

Chelsea are reportedly ready to place a bid for Juventus midfielder Stefano Sturaro, according to Tuttomercatoweb.com.

Incoming Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has selected him in the 23-man-squad to face Euro 2016 despite the Italy international struggled to find playing time, then he is a well-known admirer of the 23-year-old.

The Bianconeri have reportedly already rejected a £15m bid from Southampton and Chelsea are expected to be ready to offer around £20m for him.

Chelsea‘s Brazilian youngster Nathan is to remain with Vitesse for another season.

Nathan joined Chelsea last summer and the London club sent the 20-year-old straight out on loan to the Dutch side where he made 18 appearances in midfield and scored twice.

Chelsea have agreed to let him stay on another year-long loan to help build his confidence and his playing ability.

The latest transfer rumour for Chelsea is the potential singing of Juventus full-back Stephan Lichtsteiner.

Incoming Chelsea boss Antonio Conte spent some time with Lichtsteiner during his spell at Juventus, winning 3 Serie A titles and the Coppa Italia twice.

Chelsea are willing to offer 15 million euro’s for the 32-year-old and it is quite possible for the deal to be accepted with the arrival of Dani Alves at Juventus.

According to the Daily Telegraph, Barcelona are looking to replace Dani Alves with Chelsea full-back Cesar Azpilicueta.

After Dani Alves chose to join Juventus, Luis Enrique is in the market for a right-back. Barcelona first made attempts to purchase Arsenal‘s Hector Bellerin, however, they have since turned their attention to Azpilicueta.

The 26-year-old still has 3-years left running on his contract with the Blues but lack of Champions League football and a move back to Spain could persuade the Spaniard into a move away from Stamford Bridge.

Napoli centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly has confirmed interest shown by Chelsea is a possible solution for his future.

He told L’Equipe: “I’ll make a choice that is most favourable to me, not only financially but also on pitch,”

“Big clubs want to sign me and there is no sign of a renewal with Napoli.”

“The negotiation for a contract extension is stalled. They never wanted to talk with us.”

When asked about a move to Chelsea, Koulibaly said: “I have not talked to Conte but that may change soon. If nothing happens at Napoli, I will start to have contact with other clubs.”

“The game in England could be suitable for me but I like Italy. I’m not pressing for a transfer but I hope to sign a renewal with Napoli or we will proceed to other solutions. Napoli also wants to make money.”

Chelsea are lining up a summer move to sign FC Porto star Yacine Brahimi, according to O Jogo.

The 26-year-old attacking midfielder spent last two seasons in Portugal scoring 21 goals in 85 appearances, and also AC Milan, Wolfsburg and Liverpool have been heavily linked with a move for the Algeria international.

It is understood incoming Chelsea manager Antonio Conte wants to revamp the attack in view of next season, then the Blues are expected to be ready to offer £23m to persuade Brahimi, who is part-owned by Doyen Sport.
