Ivan Perisic has been targeted by several clubs in Premier League – like Chelsea, Manchester United and Spurs- after his outstanding performances with Inter and Croatia but 27-year-old, at the moment, would prefer a deal extension with the Nerazzurri rather then moving to England.

According to Calciomercato.com exclusive, Perisic and his entourage would like to convince new Inter owners, Chinese economical giant Suning Group, to get a contract extension: the Croatian international is currently earning €3m per year, but the new owners already raised other players’ wages and even Gabigol, Inter latest signing, is earning the same amount of Perisic, that yesterday was the man of the match again for the Nerazzurri, with the brace that allowed them to beat Udinese away.

His entourage wants more, something which has been made clear since Mauro Icardi signed a new extension ( a € 6m per year deal) with Suning.

Though the new Chinese owners aren’t enthusiastic about handing down new deals to everyone, they’ve also accommodated Perisic’s Croatian team-mate, Marcelo Brozovic – also a Chelsea target – who signed a contract extension last month.

OSCAR set for Super League on weekly earnings of £400,000

Chelsea’s former attacking midfielder Oscar dos Santos Emboaba  Júnior, better known as OSCAR lands in China for Chinese club Shanghai SIPG after a tantalising confirmed fee of £52 million.

The Brazilian Midfielder, aged 25 was mobbed by crowds at the Chinese Airport on Monday with gifts of flowers and a scarf as he took photos. Chelsea have confirmed the deal of £52 million which has given OSCAR a move beyond his wildest dreams. OSCAR now beats the record signing of his Brazil team-mate HULK who in June was sold by Zenit St Petersburg for a whopping £47 million and on a weekly earning of £320,000.

Chelsea as a Premier League football club have now richly benefited from the sales of their players more than any other team in the Premiership. Since June 2013 Chelsea have made around a reported £314.4 million which has made heads turn. Players still are on loan as well as coming in and ANTONIO CONTE seems keen to use the players he currently have on high performance on a consistent rotation. The likes of CESC FABREGAS, VICTOR MOSES, PEDRO and WILLIAN have all been firing for the Blues and OSCAR going abroad is a move which players like JOHN OBI MIKEL who have not made the team may also consider in the January transfer window.

Whether it is China or Europe for yet to feature Chelsea players like JOHN OBI MIKEL is not yet fully certain. But high-flying midfielder OSCAR has made up his mind and moved from Stamford Bridge to the Chinese Far-East. On his Instagram OSCAR commented once the deal was agreed saying: “I want to thank Chelsea, the owner and all the employees who have made my time at the club so special”.

OSCAR added: “A very special thank you to the Chelsea fans you guys are very special and I am honoured to have been a part of your club. We have won some special titles together”.

Also Marseille, West Ham and AC Milan have been previously linked with a move for the 32-year-old, who joined the Blues in the summer of 2008.

The Serbia international’s contract is due to expire at the end of the season.

Moreover, Chinese Super League club Jiangsu Suning could reportedly try to lure Ivanovic with a massive contract offer.

AC Milan have joined the race with Chelsea and Arsenal to sign in-form Everton and Belgium striker Romelu Lukaku.

The Italian club have recently been taken over by Chinese investors and it is thought that they will have a significant cash injection into their transfer funds to help lure the 23-year-old away from Goodison Park.

Crystal Palace are weighing up a move for Shanghai Shenhua striker Demba Ba, according to France Football.

It is understood West Brom and West Ham are also considering a move for the former Chelsea and Newcastle forward,

Ba has two years left on his contract and his ownership is esteemed around £9m and is expected to be eager to come back to the Premier League as he said last summer: “The way I left Chelsea was not ideal but that’s life.”

“I am still young and I believe I have another big move left in my career.”

“The Premier League interests me and I am keeping my options open.”

Eden Hazard could be a possible transfer target for Real Madrid but his former teammate Demba Ba has told him to remain at Chelsea and not consider a transfer this summer.

Ba told Daily Express: “I’ve had lots of calls from players as maybe they’ve had interest from China or are curious because of the crazy money being paid out here. My advice depends on who calls. If Eden Hazard was to ring, I’d tell him not to be silly and stay where he is.”

And then, about Blues captain John Terry he added: “But if John contacts me, I’d tell him to get on the next plane.  John is still a top player that can perform in any of Europe’s top leagues, so he doesn’t need to come here.”

“But, at the age of 35, he has nothing to prove to anybody anymore and if he can get one last huge contract here, it would be more than welcome to him I think. And it would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience to live in a completely different culture.”

Former England manager Sven-Goran Eriksson is currently in charge of Chinese Super League team Shanghai SIPG and claims that John Terry is the talk of China and would be a perfect fit.

Eriksson spoke to the sun.

“There is a lot of talk about John Terry in China. He has been one of the greatest defenders in the world for the last 15 years.

“He is still doing very well and has a lot to offer. He is one of the most recognisable players in world football, Chinese teams are looking for these big players.

“Great teams need great leaders and they do not come much better than John Terry. With his skill, his experience, he would be great in China, I have no doubt about that.”

John Terry’s contract comes to an end this summer and the centre-back has already said that he would not join another English team, he would move abroad.

zhang linpeng china

Chinese defender Zhan Linpeng was invited by Chelsea to train with first squad, in order to see if the club can sign him.

The player is known as the Chinese Sergio Ramos as he mainly plays as a right-back: he currently plays in Guanghzhou Evergrande  and could revamp Jose Mourinho’s defense.

Zhan Linpeng claims he’s very happy to have such an opportunity:

I’m very happy and very excited to finally have this formal invitation,” Zhang said.

I’ve worked hard and waited these five or six years for my dream of playing overseas, and finally have recognition from the English Premier League.

Zhang has’t currently got a work permit to be signed by the Blues, but he is confident that a club like Chelsea will iron out any issues:

Although I’m unable to play Premier League directly, I believe Chelsea will have the most professional arrangements regarding my permit. I have no worries at all about the negotiations“.
