Eidur Gudjohnsen is another former Chelsea player after Demba Ba who has decided to play at Chinese Super League. The Icelandic forward quite surprisingly signed for Shijiazhuang Ever Bright.

Chinese sources claims that former Chelsea ace Eidur Gudjohnsen old has signed for Shijiazhuang Ever Bright, 8th in the Chinese Super League. In this way he joins another former Chelsea , Demba Ba, who also decided to transfer to Asia.

Gudjohnsen  signed by Chelsea for a fee of £4 million in 2000 from Bolton Wanderers. In 186 appearances he scored 54 goals. He is considered one of the best Chelsea’s transfer in the club history.
