According to Turkish sports newspaper AMK, Fenerbache have made a bid to loan Chelsea defender Baba Rahman.

Rahman joined the Blues from Augsburg last season in a deal worth around £15m. He made 15 appearances in his first season at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea are reluctant to let the 21-year-old leave on a permanent basis but could allow him to leave on loan to gain some experience.

According to SporX, Turkish side Fenerbache have shown interest in on-loan Chelsea forward Alexandre Pato.

Pato joined Chelsea on loan from Corinthians earlier this year, he made 2 appearances and he scored 1 goal from the penalty spot against relegated Aston Villa.

The Blues do have the option to sign the Brazilian striker at the end of this month when his loan expires, however, that does look unlikely because the London based club only signed Pato due to injuries in the attacking department which are now seemingly resolved.

It is believed that if Pato does return to Corinthians, they will do their best to sell the 26-year-old.

Chelsea star John Obi Mikel has recently refused a lucrative offer from Turkish side Fenerbahçe, according to The Sun.

The Nigeria international is reportedly not eager to leave Blues and want to keep playing at Stamford Bridge with a contract extension.

It is understood also Galatasaray have made a bid believed to worth £110,000 per-week.

Chelsea have already offered Obi Mikel a new deal, as the midfielder has just one-year remaining on his current contract with Blues.

According to skybet, Robin Van Persie is going to stay with Fenerbache until at least the end of the season.

The Dutch strikers odds are 2/5 to remain in Turkey, 2/1 to join Chelsea and a massive 20/1 to join Tottenham Hotspur.

With only 2 days left of the transfer window and nothing set in stone in terms of negotiation, Van Persie’s foreseeable future is to remain with the Turkish Super Lig leaders.

Chelsea captain John Terry has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge following his apparent fall from favour with Jose Mourinho, with Turkish club Fenerbache the most prominent suitor, according to reports.

Terry was dropped for Chelsea 2-1 defeat to Porto on Tuesday night having also sat on the bench for the 2-2 draw with Newcastle the previous Saturday. Chelsea’s defending in both games was terrible and ultimately led to the conceding four avoidable goals.

Rumours have been abound for weeks that Chelsea’s poor form this season may lead to a gradual change at the back and as Terry has been dropped in favour of Frenchman Kurt Zouma it could be that the man who played every single game in Chelsea’s Premiership title success could be about to make way for good.

According to the Daily Star, Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel is set to finalise a move to Turkish side Fenerbache.

Turkish TV presenter Ersin Duzen revealed on his show, Futbol Gunlugu, that the 28-year old has held talks with Fenerbache sporting director Giuliano Terrane in London about a proposed transfer.

Jose Mourinho has often praised the Nigerian for his tireless work ethic:

“Mikel is Mikel.

“Mikel plays today the same way he was playing when he was 18.

“He plays today the same way he played like I put him against Valencia in the quarter finals of the Champions League in 2007.”

There are no clues as of yet as to what the fee for Mikel would be, but should the move be completed he would follow in the footsteps of Nani, who moved to Istanbul recently. Robin van Persie is set to follow him too, according to reports.

Mikel moved to Stamford Bridge in 2006 from Norwegian side FC Lyn for £14 million. He has won every trophy possible in his time at the club and has made 339 appearances in all competitions.

However, injury and huge competition for midfield places has resulted in Mikel apparently asking for a move away from the club.

Chelsea have been put on alert after it was revealed by the Daily Express that transfer target Emmanuel Emenike is already preparing for life in the UK.

Fernerbache’s Emenike, 27, has been considered a potential purchase by the Stamford Bridge hierarchy for a while and it is possible that the Nigeria international will make the move from Istanbul to west London this summer.

Speculation on Emenike’s future has increased since he was subjected to racist abuse by his own supporters at the weekend, in response to which he demanded to be substituted. Liverpool have also shown interest but it is more likely that Chelsea will see the striker as a potential replacement for the aging Didier Drogba.

The Express quotes popular website AfricanFootball.com which claims to have a source close to Emenike who says:

“Emenike is not happy with what he is going through with the Fenerbahce fans. He is preparing his mind to be fit for a possible summer move. He has lots of options which include teams from Italy, but England looks like his next destination.”
