It’s well-known that for José Mourinho is hard to hide his feelings and real opinions, and the Portuguese couldn’t hold back his disappointment to play three important games in six days: Liverpool away on Monday night for the Premier League, Fenerbahce on Thursday night at home for the Europa League and then the massive return to his old home, Stamford Bridge, to play Chelsea next Sunday, always for Premier League.
“We have a special, difficult week because Monday, Thursday and Sunday; Liverpool, Fenerbahce and Chelsea is a difficult week,” the former Blues boss claimed ahed of the Europa League match.
“Fenerbahce played Sunday at home, we played Monday night, Chelsea one week to work and two days off. We have to play tomorrow again, we have to play on Sunday; it’s a very difficult week for us, but that’s what we have. We have to be ready.”
