Chelsea are still Premier League leaders courtesy of their a third win in a row against Newcastle United at St.James’ Park. Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur and Watford are walking the same path of Blues, level on points at the top of the table.

A goal from former Chelsea star Mo Salah secured a narrow victory over Brighton Hove&Albion. The Hornets broke a long-term record as they had never won three consecutive Premier League games in a start to the season. Spurs trashed Manchester United at Old Trafford, which means José Mourinho is currently 6 points behind Chelsea.

In the middle of the table we find Arsenal as Unai Emery’s men cruised to a convincing win against London rivals West Ham United, despite the Hammers broke the deadlock earlier in the first half. Aleksandr Mitrovic scored for Fulham as the Cottagers really can start enjoying their return to English top-flight division with a much-needed 4-2 win at home.

Maurizio Sarri will face Bournemouth on Saturday. The Cherries are currently level on points with Man City following their 2-2 against Everton (Richarlison was shown a red card and sent off for an attempted headbutt. The Citizens failed to get a win too, as Wolverhampton deservedly sealed a vital point at the Molineux.

Bristol City have confirmed the signing of defender Tomas Kalas on a season-long loan from Chelsea. 

The Czech international has enjoyed two successful loan spells at Middlesbrough and Fulham before joining the Championiship side today.

Alas told Bristol City’s official website: “It would be nice to keep on going that way and at least get into the play-offs with Bristol City and to try and get promoted,”

“I’m very excited to get my situation sorted and join a club that is willing to play football. When I was at Fulham we met teams like Bristol City so I am glad that I am joining a club who want to play football and not just kick long balls.”

Fulham has today completed the signing of Jean-Michael Seri on a four-year deal from OGC Nice.

The Premier League side have beaten Chelsea, who are closing in on a £57m move for Napoli midfielder Jorginho.

Seri told Fulham’s official website: “It was a long day yesterday so it was great to get the move finalised.

“Now, I’m ready to get started and looking forward to meeting the squad and getting to know them, the Head Coach and his staff better. I’m delighted to be here, it’s a new adventure that starts for me and I’m hoping it will all go well.”

The deal is subject to international clearance, and the player obtaining a work permit.

Chelsea winger Pedro says current Fulham boss Slavisa Jokanovic could be a good replacement should Antonio Conte leave the club in summer. 

The Spanish star told Cadena Ser:“We know there might be some changes, we’re awaiting. We know that he [Slavisa Jokanovic] is a great manager.

“Many names have been mentioned and he is one of them. If a new manager comes, we’ll try to work in the best way possible.”

Moreover, Pedro added he’s feeling “comfortable” at Stamford Bridge after joining Chelsea from Barcelona in 2015.

“Obviously I have a contract at Chelsea and most likely I will stay. I’m good here,” he said.

“I’m very comfortable with my team-mates and, in football terms I’m very happy for having won the Premier League and the FA Cup in three years. I’m happy because it’s always difficult to win trophies in England.

“I’m enjoying my holidays right now, getting some rest and spending time with family, and then start the new season in the best way.”

Chelsea winger Pedro has praised Fulham boss Slavisa Jokanovic amid reports linking him to become the next Blues manager.

The Spaniard described the Serbian tactician as a “great manager” and expressed an interest in working with him.

“We know there might be some changes, we’re awaiting. We know that he [Slavisa Jokanovic] is a great manager,” Pedro told Spanish radio station Cadena Ser.

“Many names have been mentioned and he is one of them. If a new manager comes, we’ll try to work in the best way possible.”

This could be a huge tip about who could be the next manager to occupy Stamford Bridge dug-out next season.

Chelsea are yet to officially announce the departure of current manager Antonio Conte although the Italian is widely expected to leave the club after failing to guide them into the Champions League last season and falling out with the Stamford Bridge hierarchy.

An early goal from Tomas Cairney sealed a crucial win for Fulham, who are back in Premier League having suffered a relegation to the Sky Bet Championship in 2014.

Manager Slavisa Jokanovic was able to reduce the gap climbing up the table following a slow start to the season, with Cottagers struggling in 15th place after 4 months of campaign.

Fulham join Chelsea, Arsenal, Watford, Crystal Palace, West Ham and Tottenham Hotspur as Premier League teams based in London.

Aston Villa’s captain John Terry was pictured in tears after the 1-0 loss at Wembley. The Chelsea legend is expected to be set for a contract extension with the Villains despite missing to reach their main target for 2017/18 season.

Chelsea loanee and Fulham star Lucas Piazon has confirmed a potential comeback to Stamford Bridge next season, “as I have been doing for the last few years” after joining the current Premier League champions in 2011.

The 24-year-old, who suffered a serious injury earlier during the season, told ESPN Brazil: “To speak of next season, I think it’s still a little early. We are in the middle of March, there is still much to happen,” 

“Usually what happens is that I end up going back to Chelsea, in July I’ll present myself there, and then we’ll see. We see what is best, as I have been doing for the last few years. I think that’s the way it’s better, you have more time to figure it out, look for a nice place to go”.

Piazon, who spent several seasons on loan at Malaga, Vitesse Arnhem, Reading and Eintracht Frankfurt, added:“I don’t know, maybe I stay here at Fulham.”

Chelsea beat Fulham 8-2 in a closed doors game at Cobham at the end of the first week of pre-season training.

Second goalkeeper Willy Caballero made his debut in the Blues goal, in the defence we found Cesar Azpilicueta, David Luiz, and Gary Cahill, who captained the side. Last season’s wing backs Marcos Alonso and Victor Moses played alongside central midfield duo N`golo Kante and Cesc Fabregas. Up front Conte went with Willian and Pedro either side of Michy Batshuayi.

In the second half young players and loan returnees got their chances to impress manager Antonio Conte before the Asian tour, while new signing Tiemoué Bakayoko watched the friendly match from the bench.

The entertaining game finished with Chelsea running out 8-2 winners, with goals from Batshuayi (3), Willian (2), Remy(2), and Azpilicueta from the penalty spot. Fulham`s goals came via an Azpilicueta own goal and a penalty conceeded by Kenedy.

Chelsea have announced on their official website 23-year-old Lucas Piazon has joined Championship side Fulham today.

The Brazilian midfielder has put the pen to paper on a new two-year deal with the Blues ahead of a season-long loan to the Cottagers.

Piazon already spent last season at Craven Cottage, scoring six goals in 33 appearances with Fulham, who lost the Championship play-off semi-finals following a productive campaign.

Current Fulham captain Scott Parker announced he will retire from football.

The English midfielder, almost 37, is a legend of English football, having played for some historical sides through-out his career like Chelsea, Tottenham, Newcastle, West Ham, Charlton, Norwich ( on loan) and Fulham.

Parker moved to Chelsea in January 2004, but he only collected 4 apperances in the first successful year of José Mourinho at Stamford Bridge in 2004/2005, due to an foot injury: he scored one goal in 15 appearences in this unlucky spell. He was proceding from Charlton and then moved to Newcastle.

He also collected 18 for England senior team, and was once captain in a friendly match against Netherlands in February 2012.

Speaking about the decision of ending his played football career he said:

“The decision to retire has not been an easy one for me but having thought long and hard over it, and having discussed it with those closest to me, I believe that now is the right time to move on to the next chapter in my life and career,” a statement from Parker wrote.

“I have enjoyed so many incredible moments during my career. From making my first team debut at Charlton, to playing regularly in the Premier League, playing in the Champions League to then playing in a major tournament for England, as well as ultimately fulfilling a lifelong dream by captaining my country. There are just too many highlights to mention.

“I would like to thank everyone at Charlton Athletic, Norwich City, Chelsea, Newcastle United, West Ham United, Tottenham Hotspur and Fulham for the unbelievable support that I’ve been shown throughout my time at each and every one of the club’s I’ve been proud to represent.”
