Ghanaian pair Baba Rahman and Christian Atsu have flown to the Austrian capital, Vienna, to join the Chelsea first-team ahead of the week’s training they have after they take on Rapid Vienna tonight.

The two will be attempting to impress new manager Antonio Conte during the training camp, in the hope that they get a chance to prove themselves in the upcoming friendlies before the Premier League season begins.

Rahman signed from Augsburg last season but had an up-and-down campaign for the Blues and Atsu couldn’t break through into the first team. He was then loaned out to Bournemouth and Malaga.

Chelsea loanee Christian Atsu is eager to make his loan to Malaga a permanent move, according to Marca.

The Ghanaian international joined the Spanish side in January after struggling to feature regularly at Stamford Bridge.

The 24-year-old has admitted he is wide open to stay if posssible: “The decision does not depend on me, so I have to wait.” Atsu told Marca.

“I have not received any offers from Malaga yet. I have a contract with Chelsea but I think everything is possible in football. However, I am aware that is not my decision. I am very happy here because I’m living a very positive experience.”

“The truth is that I realised very quickly that the decision to come here was right.”

Reading manager Steve Clarke has praised the talent of new signing Lucas Piazon after the Brazilian joined the Championship club on loan from Chelsea.

Piazon has struggled to forge a place in Chelsea’s first team despite playing in the club’s FA Youth Cup winning team of 2012, and being proficient in a number of attacking positions. He has spent the last few years on loan at various clubs including Vitesse Arnhem, Malaga and Eintracht Frankfurt.

Speaking about his new player, Clarke, who played for Chelsea throughout the 80s and 90s, had this to say:

“Lucas is a very talented attacking player who can create chances and score goals.

“When we spoke I was impressed by both his maturity and desire to prove himself in English football after some loan moves to European leagues. I’m sure Lucas will bring something extra to our squad this season.”

Chelsea midfielder Lucas Piazon has joined Reading on a season-long loan.

Piazon has joined the Royals after completing a medical on Monday.

The Brazilian joined Chelsea from São Paulo in 2011. What is interesting he was comparing by many to Kaka, but he rejected such a comparison.

Since joining the Blues, Piazon has spent time on loan at Borussia Monchengladbach, Malaga, Vitesse and Frankfurt. Now came the time for Reading.

Piazon has confirmed on Twitter his transfer :

Chelsea will revisit the potential purchase of Isco in their attempts to get their season back on track after earning just one point from their first twp games.

Jose Mourinho was at Real Madrid shortly before Isco joined the ten-time European Cup winners in 2013, and the Portuguese is reported to believe that the answer to Chelsea’s troubles are in the shape of the midfielder.

The 22-year-old is apparently happy in the Spanish capital and is a part of Rafael Benitez’ plans, despite some reports to the contrary earlier this summer. Despite that, Chelsea will pursue the signing of Isco before the transfer window is out.

Marin has failed to make an impact at Chelsea

Marko Marin could leave Chelsea in the summer, according to reports in the Daily Express.

The 26-year old midfielder moved to Chelsea from German side Werder Bremen in 2012 for £11.4 million, on a five-year contract. However, he has made only 16 appearances for the Blues. 11 of those were from the bench.

The German was loaned to Sevilla last season where he made 28 appearances. He returned to Chelsea, only to be loaned to Fiorentina. But, a failed spell in Italy saw Marin return to South London last January – he then moved to Belgian side RSC Anderlecht. So far in his current loan move, he has made six appearances.

Marin is due to return to Stamford Bridge in the summer, but Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is reportedly willing to release the player.

Malaga are reportedly interested in his signature.

Chelsea, Manchester City and Liverpool are all targeting Malaga’s 16-year old striker Kuki, according to reports in the Daily Mail

The youngster, who plays for Spain but is Uruguayan by birth, is the son of former Uruguay international Jose Luis Zalazar (who is also his agents). His actual name is Jose Luis Zalazar Martinez.

Originally playing for Albachete, he joined Malaga’s youth set-up in 2012 aged just 14. His time at Malaga quickly caught the eye of former Malaga boss Manuel Pellegrini, who managed the Spanish side before moving to Manchester City in 2013.

However, Kuki’s recent form has caught the eye of other top clubs. Last season, he played 27 times and scored 10 goals for Malaga’s Under-19 side. He also played in pre-season for the first team. Currently, Kuki is plying his trade in Malaga’s reserve side Athletico Malagueno – they play in the fourth tier of Spanish football.

As well as domestic football, Kuki has represented Spain at Under-15 and Under-17 level. The forward is known for being versatile, a clinical finisher and even a playmaker. Currently, the striker is on a three-year contract with an option for a two-year extension. He has £4.3 million release clause which will double when he makes his first team debut.
