Chelsea fans are reacting in a very positive way to reports about the chance the Blues will sign striker Jamie Vardy before summer transfer window’s end.

More than a fan, actually, believe that with Alvaro Morata and Vardy together, Chelsea can win the Premier League title for the second consecutive season.

“Vardy, Batshuayi, Morata striker partnership would win us the league. No doubt. Vardy very suited to our system.“; “Morata & Vardy upfront with Hazard behind them will take us to whole another level. Pedro as a super sub, bin Willian”; “Morata and Vardy upfront will be deadly. Full of Pace trick and Goals Galore” are just some of the comments posted on Twitter in the last few days about the Leicester striker.

According to some reports LOSC Lille are ready to offer £36m for Michy Batshuay.

However, the Chelsea striker seems not interested in joining the Ligue 1 club as The Evening Standard claims.

Batshuay joined Chelsea last summer from Marseille and after a not very positive first season at Stamford Bridge, now he wants to fight for his place and for more opportunities to impress Antonio Conte.

All Chelsea players were happy and relieved when Marcos Alonso scored a late winner yesterday at Wembley vs Tottenham, but one of them was particularly grateful to his team-mate.

Michy Batshuay scored an own-goal which seemed to have handed the Spurs a share of the points, but then Marcos Alonso netted his second goal and secure Chelsea a crucial victory.

Yeah tell me about it lol   thx @marcosalonso03 – Batshuay posted on his Twitter account.

In a clip widely shared on social media, Michy Batshuay was filmed smiling after Chelsea‘s defeat vs Arsenal in the Community Shield and a lot of people and many people claim Batshuay was smiling and laughing at Morata after the Spanish striker missed his penalty.

However, Batshuay himself responded on Twitter denying firmly these spekulations: “Wow lol some people really believe I laughed at my teammate and/or us losing ? Sorry to disappoint but I wasnt. Im enjoying every goal for us scored by anyone in the team, thats the only thing you have to know. have a blessed day (sic)”.

After beating Arsenal in their first match of the Asian pre-season tour, Chelsea were defeated today by Bayern Munchen in an International Champions Cup’s match.

Carlo Ancelotti‘s side was 3-1 up at half-time; the only goal of the second half was scored by Michy Batshuay. The striker had scored twice also vs Arsenal in the first friendly of the Asian tour.

The best news for the Blues was Alvaro Morata‘s debut, with the Spanish striker who replaced Boga after 63 minutes.

Michy Batshuay didn’t have a lot of chances to shine in his first months at Stamford Bridge.

However, last Friday night the Belgian striker was the man who secured Chelsea the Premier League title with the decisive goal at The Hawthorns vs West Bromwich.

“It’s the stuff of dreams. We have had a fantastic season, we have worked really hard and everyone is so happy. Above all, we are the champions. It was a chance to reach our objective as soon as possible and we are all delighted we did it. – Batshuay told Chelsea official website – “I am very happy to have helped the team at a big moment. Of course it’s been a very difficult season for me personally, but I knew it wouldn’t be easy because this is a great club with great players. I have worked very hard and I have now made a big contribution which is a dream”.

Chelsea became champions yesterday night thanks to a goal from Michy Batshuay who came off the bench at The Hawthorns.

Cesc Fabregas comments in this way his team-mate goal: “A player who didn’t play a lot got the goal. Football is f***ing unbelievable.” – the Spanish midfielder claims – “To be honest I thought at one point it was going to be one of those days. In the first-half we had too many chances. We played really well but we didn’t take them. In the second-half they had chances but they didn’t take them. We were a bit nervous as we had the pressure of being champions, but that is the beauty of football”.

Gary Cahill claims the group was Chelsea‘s secret as the Blues win the Premier League title after defeating 1-0 West Bromwich at The Hawtorns yesterday night.

So the English defender was especially pleased Batshuay scored the decisive goal: “It’s got a nice ring to it. We’ve worked so hard all season to be in a position to get this trophy. It’s felt like it’s been so close but so far away,” – Cahill told Chelsea official website – “I’m delighted for Michy, we’ve been together as a group all season, that’s what got us to where we are. Michy hasn’t played as much football as he would want but to score the winner is great for him.”

Michy Batshuayi took his chance as Conte expected

Another young flying talent to recognise is: “Batshuayi”… the 23-year old really took his chance to make his stake” in the Chelsea team in this afternoon’s third-round FA Cup Tie against Peterborough where he was fantastic on the attack. Manager Antonio Conte said before the game that the youngster should “make his stake in the team” and make the most of the “rare opportunity”.

After playing only 82 minutes of football in the Premier League this season since his £33million arrival in the summer, the Belgian has sent a message to Antonio Conte to ensure he has clear striker options.
