While being on international duty with Belgium, Eden Hazard spoke about his ambitions with Chelsea next year and urged his teammates to set the bar even higher

The Blues have enjoyed a decent season as they claimed the Capital One Cup trophy and the Premier League title, the first one since 2009-2010. However, Eden Hazard believes his team is capable to winning more trophies and said:

“We need to keep the two trophies we won this season and hopefully add another cup, it would be good to win everything. The only bad thing about this season was the PSG game; when you are playing with 11 men against ten, you shouldn’t lose.

The 24 years old, also spoke about their title defence next season and added:

“It will be a big challenge to retain the Premier League next season. Every team wants to beat the champions. They will come to Stamford Bridge and try to do whatever they can to beat us, so we have to be ready.”

The blues are currently weighing up a bid to bring the 25 years old to Stamford Bridge despite interest of Higuain and Falcao.

Jose Mourinho insisted he wants to bring a striker next season to defend their title in the league, and Charlie Austin seems to be the perfect target for the Portuguese manager.

Charlie Austin enjoyed a stunning season despite his team being relegated to the Championship. He scored a total of 18 goals, making him the second highest scorer behind Harry Kane.

Following the departure of Drogba next season, they believe Austin could be the perfect back up of Diego Costa.

Jose Mourinho has been given a major boost regarding Rafael Varane.

According to reports in Spain, Los Blancos are willing to sell the defender this summer after struggling to hold down a regular place on the pitch as Sergio Ramos and Pepe seem to be preferred

Jose Mourinho brought Rafael Varane to Real Madrid from the French side Lens in 2011. His former side have been relegated to second tier and it looks like one of the most promising center back in the world is on the brink of leaving Madrid but could be reunited with his former boss Jose Mourinho as the Portuguese manager is interested to bring him to West London.

Filipe Luis has made 24 appearances for Chelsea in all competitions this season

It has been reported that Filipe Luis would go back to Atletico after a disappointing season.

The Brazilian signed for Chelsea last summer, but struggled to find a regular place, battling out with his teammate Azpilicueta.

The Spanish source, Marca reports that los Blancos are interested to bring him to Madrid, but Filipe Luis told his agent that the move is a non starter. Filipe Luis would only go back to Spain to be reunited with Simeone, otherwise he would stay at Chelsea

However there are only two options available for the Brazilian: either go to Real Madrid or stay at Chelsea so it is very likely that we will see him again as a Blues next season..

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has reiterated his belief that Arsenal will challenge Chelsea for the Premiership title next season, and claimed that none of the Gunners best players will be leaving this summer.

Ramsey is of the opinion that a poor start to last season cost Arsene Wenger’s side, as well as losing their most effective players – Robin van Persie, Samir Nasri and most notably currently Chelsea star Cesc Fabregas – whilst the debt for the Emirates Stadium was paid off.

However, the latter appears to have been rectified recently and Arsenal have been instead improving their team, with Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez arriving in the past two years.

With that in mind, Ramsey now thinks Arsenal can progress to glory beyond winning the FA Cup, which they have now won twice in a row:

“Every club brings in new faces and a few leave.

“Even with this group of players now I believe if everyone was fit in the season we would have a great opportunity of competing for the Premier League,” Ramsey said.

“This team has come on a lot over the last few years and if we can get off to a good start next season we will challenge.

“The club is in a good place where they can afford not to let players go, we’re building on this team rather than seeing players leaving.

“It is a nice feeling and means that the group can stick together. The understanding is there already, so it can only get stronger.”

Arsenal finished third in the Premiership last season, 12 points behind Chelsea.
