Napoli centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly has confirmed he is delighted to stay at the Serie A side amid Chelsea interest.

The Senegal international, who has put the pen to paper on a new deal until 2021, told France Football“I love this city, it’s magnificent. There’s the sun, the sea. The Neapolitans are very welcoming. I’m very, very happy here.”

“They offered to me £30, 35, 40, 45, 50 [million], – Koulibaly recently told SkySports – Mr. Conte I said, ‘The marina is behind me, follow me’, I offered him that.”

“Last moment, two days before the closing of the market, I hear £58 milion, or something like that.”

His agent Bruno Satin recently declared to Radio CRC“Premier League? Kalidou doesn’t think about it anymore”.

Chelsea are lining up an audacious move to land Napoli highly-rated midfielder Amadou Diawara, according to The Sun.

The 19-year-old starlet joined the Serie A giants on a £13m move three months ago and put the pen to paper on a five-year deal with the Azzurri.

It is understood boss Antonio Conte wants the Guinean teenager as N’Golo Kante needs a back-up.

Anyway it is understood also Tottenham Hotspur are keeping an eye on the former Bologna star.

Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly is only focused on his current season with the Azzurri, according to the player’s agent.

“I don’t live in the past, all opportunities and negotiations have been forgotten, – Bruno Satin told Radio Crc – I look at the present and the future”. 

It is understood both Chelsea and Everton tried to land the Senegalese star to Premier League last summer.

“Several clubs were interested in Koulibaly, but he’s a Napoli player and he’s focused on Napoli” his agent added.

Chelsea midfielder Nathaniel Chalobah will put the pen to paper on a new and improved deal to stay put at Stamford Bridge, according to reports in SkySports.

Manager Antonio Conte is said to be keen on offering him a contract extension following the brilliant start to the season of the 21-year-old.

Chalobah made his debut in the EFL Cup against Leicester last month after spendind last season on loan at Serie A side Napoli.

Napoli are considering to sign Montreal Impact striker Didier Drogba when the transfer market window reopens in January, according to reports in Italy.

It is understood owner Aurelio De Laurentiis also considered to offer free-agent Miroslav Klose a contract following the injury suffered by Arkadiusz Milik, but the Serie A side will reportedly give confidence to the 24-year-old, who scored 14 times in 49 appearances at San Paolo so far.

Anyway, former Chelsea star Drogba could join the Azzurri since his contract is due to expire in December 2016.

Chelsea sent scouts to watch Olympique Lyon centre-back Emanuel Mammana, according to reports in English press

After having tried to sign Argentinian international centre-back Emanuel Mammana during last summer, Chelsea management, according to both UK and Spanish sources, are back scouting him, since he had a good season start for Olympique Lyonnaise.

Mammana still have to get a European passaport: he moved to France last July from River Plate and he had been also approached by several Italian clubs, including AC Milan, Napoli, Fiorentina and AS Roma.

Chelsea youngster Nathaniel Chalobah made his debut as with the Blues in the EFL Cup third round clash against Leicester last night.

The 21-year-old signed his first professional contract with the Blues in 2012 and was loaned six times, the first one at Watford and the last one at Napoli in the 2015-16 campaign, when he picked up 6 appearances with the Serie A giants.




Chalobah wrote on his official Twitter account: “The best feeling ever after 12 years of being at the club. I want to say a big thank you to all the staff in the academy building that helped me”.

“My family who have played a huge part in keeping me positive my friends and my loved ones.

“Not forgetting the Chelsea fans all over the world. Thank you all for your support and kind messages. We look forward to the next game now.”

Kalidou Koulibaly’s agent Bruno Satin reveals his player is not thinking about the Premier League anymore after being heavily linked to Chelsea last summer.

Premier League? Kalidou doesn’t think about it anymore,” the agent claimed to Radio CRC.

“He really believes in this project: Napoli got a very good squad this year, bigger than last season, and the manager is doing turnover in eache competion. He’s only focused on the Azzurri now.”

Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has just revealed Kalidou Koulibaly‘s contract extension until 2021.

The 25-year-old Senegal international had been heavily linked with a move to Chelsea and the Blues had a reported £43m bid rejected by the Serie A side earlier this summer.

Also Napoli are interested in Hoffenheim centre-back Niklas Sule, who has been heavily linked with a move to Chelsea when the transfer market window reopens in January.

Anyway the German defender, who is under contract untile June 2019 at the Bundesliga outfit, might leave the club with an offer in the region of £19m, according to reports in Italy.

Also Real Madrid and Liverpool are said to be interested in the 21-year-old starlet and they both made an enquiry to sign the talent.
