Chelsea goalkeeper Eduardo has joined Eredivisie side Vitesse Arnhem on a season-long loan after signing a new contract with the Blues until June 2019 “with the option of extending his deal until the summer of 2020”, the club confirmed via their official website.

The 35-year-old failed to make a single appearance with Chelsea after being signed on 25th August 2016 and has been an unused substitute on 20 occasions for the Blues.

Fran Kirby has put the pen to paper on a new three-year deal with Chelsea FC Womens following a season full of trophies and awards.

The 24-year-old lifted both FA Women’s Super League and FA Women’s Cup before being crowned PFA Player of the Year for the 2017/18 campaign.

Kirby told Chelsea’s official website: “I’ve grown to love this club and there is a real sense of family here. That’s why people want to stay”.

Eden Hazard has been linked to a move to Real Madrid in the next summer transfer window as Florentino Perez wants to buy the Belgian star and add him to his collection of top players.

Obviously Chelsea don’t want to lose is best player and, according to the Daily Mail the Blues are ready to offer Hazard a contract of £300k per week plus bonuses to convince him to stay in London.

After his great performance vs Brighton & Hove Albion, Chelsea star Eden Hazard dismisses claims from his father according to whom the Belgian player rejected a new contract with the Blues because of Real Madrid.

My dad says some bad things,”  Hazard said. “I talked with him, no worries. I’m focused with Chelsea. ‘I’ve got two years contract left and I’m happy here. Like I said 10 times before, I want to finish this year and then we’ll see. But I’m happy here.”

Chelsea are confident that Belgian goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois will extend his deal to stay put at Stamford Bridge in spite of interest showed from Real Madrid.

Courtois, who is a transfer target of the La Liga champions, has been linked with a return to Spain following his successful spell at Atletico Madrid (on loan from Chelsea) from 2011 to 2014.

Anyway, Chelsea board will reportedly offer Courtois a £240,000-a-week contract to make him the best-paid goalkeeper in the world.

The Belgian star currently earns a fee in the region of £100,000-a-week, while Manchester United star David De Gea gets a weekly salary of £200,000.

Chelsea winger Eden Hazard will become the Premier League’s highest-paid player if he accepts a £300,000-per-week deal which has been offered by the Blues, according to reports in The Express.

The Belgium international is reportedly very close to agreeing the new contract with Chelsea despite Real Madrid have repeatedly showed interest towards him.

The 26-year-old, who has fully recovered from an ankle injury he suffered last season, would overtake Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.

The Swedish striker is recovering from a serious knee injury and he will carry out his rehabilitation programme at Carrington‘s training ground.

Ibrahimovic’s aim is to sign a new contract with Manchester United as soon as he will be fit to play again.

While Thibaut Courtois is discussing a new deal with Chelsea, his agent admits he is meeting Real Madrid representatives to speak about the Blues’ goalkeeper.

“Of course Thibaut is of interest to the big clubs, including the latest Champions League winner.” – Christophe Henrotay, Courtois’ agent told the magazine Sport/Foot – “I meet regularly with those in charge at Real Madrid, and Thibaut’s case has come up. My role is to keep him updated on the situation.”
