Italian sources claims that AS Roma is closing in on Chelsea’s winger Mohamed Salah. Jose Mourinho admitted today that he sees no place for the Egyptian in his team.
According to the Italian media, Roma director of football Walter Sabatini has reached an agreement for the Salah’s personal terms. Now he has to convince Chelsea to sell their winger. However, it is very likely that the two sides quickly come to an agreement as the Blues already have enough problems with the player.
What’s more it seems that Jose Mourinho has already made his decision about the winger’s future. As we informed two days ago the Special One decided not to take Salah on Chelsea’s pre-season training camp to Canada, and already this decision could be a signal that the Egyptian is about to leave Stamford Bridge.
Jose Mourinho told Chelsea TV today :
“I see his future elsewhere, either as a loan or an offer that we are happy to accept.”
“At the moment with Hazard and Willian, Traore, Moses and Cuadrado we have five players for these positions. It is better not to have so many.”
Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio reveals that Chelsea want €20 million plus €5m in bonuses for the Egyptian.
Is this finally the end of Salah transfer saga ?
