According to Estadio Deportivo it seems Chelsea is interested in the Spaniard Vitolo.

Sevilla midfielder Steven N’Zonzi has revealed his interest in joining Chelsea, should Antonio Conte decide to place a bid for the 27-year-old in January.
The former Stoke City star told l’Equipe: “It’s nice, it’s good [to be linked with a move to Chelsea] but I always say that this type of club is interested in other players too”.
“I am not the only one, I know that big clubs are interested in many players – N’Zonzi added – but now I’m focusing on what I do at Sevilla. Until there is something concrete, we must remain professional”.
“Some clubs were interested [in the close-season] but I feel good at Sevilla.
Then the Frenchman ended: “I enjoy the game, the football, I like the way Sevilla play, I feel good in the city, with the fans and the club and I’m enjoying myself.”
Former Stoke City star Steven N’Zonzi has been targeted by Chelsea as midfielder Nemanja Matic needs a replacement, according to Spanish publication Sport.

The former Stoke City player has a £21m buyout clause in his contract and also Leicester have been heavily linked with a move for the 27-year-old, who has impressed during his experience with the Europa League Champions.

Chelsea scout Piet De Visser says the Blues are planning to send Charly Musonda back to Real Betis on loan next season.
The youngster made an impact in Spain in the last campaign but Chelsea want him to improve even more before including him in their first team squad:
“We decided to give him another campaign over there where he had a great performance then you are ready to return.
”Charly has made an excellent choice [to go to Betis]. When we took him he was very frail. We even feared that he was too little athlete despite his talent to make it in the sport.
“He is a player for a top team and Chelsea will protect his talent. An option to buy him could be too expensive for us and will be impossible to pay it. These clubs buy and invest in talented players.”
Chelsea and Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone have agreed personal terms, rumours from Spain claim.
