Marko Marin who joined Trabzonspor on a season long loan from Chelsea, hopes to help the club to win the Super Lig title in the coming season.
The German winger, joined the Turkish club on a loan, but according to the latest information Trabzonspor will be able to sign Marin on a permanent move for €4 million at any time.
According to the Turkish media, Chelsea winger will receive a €1.6 million salary in addition to a €10,000 per-match bonus along with €4 million buyout clause. What is interesting, HaberTürk reveals, that Trabzonspor were able to reduce the buyout clause from €7 million down to €4 million.
During his first press conference as a Trabzonspor player, Marin said :
“Trabzonspor want to win the league and I want to do my part,”
”I know M’bia from Sevilla, we won the Europa League together and I know Mehmet Ekici from Germany. Both players advised me to make the move and gave glowing references.”
Marin spoke also about his growing up in a district with a large Turkish population:
“I liked in Frankfurt which has a large Turkish population and I have many Turkish friends so I know all about how big Trabzonspor is,” he added.
Marin has become the 26th Chelsea player to be loaned out over the summer.
