Chelsea boss Antonio Conte was victim of a prank during today’s press conference when Stefano Corti and Alessandro Onnis, from the Italian satirical television show Le Iene, sitted among the journalists in Cobham’s press room, showed him a video they filmed in Manchester with José Mourinho at the time of their famous “verbal war” about one month ago.
The Red Devils boss was a victim of a prank as well, when he was given a Man United shirt to be signed, to discover only later that had printed “Antonio Conte” on his back.
The video was not visible to the assembled media, only to Conte and the Chelsea press officer. The message, spoken mostly in Italian, said: “Antonio, we sent you a messenger. A present for you from your brand new friend, Jose Mourinho! He told us he loves you. Look at what he has written on the present he sent out for you: ‘Your friend, Jose.’
“Can you promise us that next time you play against him you will share a sign of peace? Come on, Antonio…you will be friends forever!”
Conte had a little laugh at the message, but said he had “nothing” to say. Corti then presented the Blues boss with shirt, telling him: “This is a present for you. It is signed by Jose Mourinho – ‘To my friend Antonio’. Long live friendship… shall I leave it to you?”
Conte didn’t seem to amused by the whole scene. He could hardly be described as bemused either, and his responded to Corti: “No, you can take it with you. Keep it, you will give it to me later.”
The Chelsea rep thanked him for his effort, but reminded him that time is limited in this press conference, and that he really should have done the video and shirt presentation afterward; as Corti was taking time away from journalists with actual questions.
This is the video of what happened:

After his positive message on the social media last Monday Chelsea star Alvaro Morata rises again hopes of a quick recovery from his hamstring injury.
The Spanish striker got injured in last weekend clash against Manchester City, suffering a grade II hamstring sprain.
But in this new video posted on social media the Blues forward, training on a stationary bike, seems set for a quick recovery: he could be fit enough to play against Crystal Palace next weekend, when Premier League will restart after the international break.
It was immediately renamed the “ZappaCoast to Coast”, the unbelievable strike of new Chelsea signing Davide Zappacosta against Qarabag in Champions League opener last night.
The Italian right-back ran all the wing after Thibaut Courtois gave him the ball and found an amazing shot from the side who entered the goal in the opposite posts crossing.

Chelsea star Willian was one of the protagonist in the clash between Brazil and Colombia last night.

Look the hilarious own goal Geoffrey Kondongbia scored in Chelsea v Inter: a perfect amazing long-range shot from the midfield who beat Inter keeper Daniele Padelli entering just in the posts cross.
Is this the best own-goal ever?
Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina left Chelsea striker Pedro concussed after a clash in the friendly game now undergoing in Beijing,
The Spanish forward was forced to leave the pitch after half an hou: he was challenging for a long ball when he was clattered by the Colombian goalkeeper. Incredibly it was Pedro who was penalised by the friendly game referee.
The game is still going on and Chelsea are winning 3-0: Michy Batshuayi scored a brace, after Willian scored the opener at 40′.
It’s not the first time Ospina leave a Chelsea player concussed: a couple of years ago, in a Premier League derby valid in the title race, Oscar suffered concussion after a similar clash with the Gunners keeper.
Diego Costa made Chelsea fans upset again by posting a video on Instagram where he was wearing an Atletico Madrid shirt and was making sarcastic comments on Blues manager Antonio Conte.
The Brazilian born star was excused from Chelsea pre-season since he broke up with Conte in the end of the past campaign: the Italian boss told him he was not in his plans anymore and Costa asked to leave the club, not hiding his desire to join back Atletico Madrid, the club where he was playing before signing for the Blues.
The Spanish forward – still under a Chelsea contract- is continuing his break in Brazil and last night he posted a live video of a party he was at in Lagarto, Brazil, on Instagram.
He then turned the camera on himself to reveal he was dancing in an Atletico Madrid shirt.
Plenty of followers on Instagram reacted to the shirt, including Chelsea team-mate Cesc Fabregas, who posted a laughing emoji at the sight of the top.
Costa then responded to his fellow Spanish international, who is gearing up for next season with the Blues, by telling him to ‘give Conte a hug’, a comment followed by a big laugh, to underline it was done in a sarcastic way.
The 28-year-old is sure to complete an Atletico Madrid return but it remains to be seen whether he can join them given the Spanish side’s current transfer embargo.
