Courtois 7.5- Made a terrible error for the equaliser but saved the game with a triple save in the second half. Was commanding throughut the second half.

Ivanovic 6- Was caught out for both goals but did improve as the game went on and was willing to get forward.

Cahill 6–  It is becoming apparent he is out of his depth at this level, should be replaced by Zouma in the near future.

Terry 6.5- Was commanding in the second half but did not organise his defence in the first, is becoming more and more vulnerable when the ball is put over his head

Filipe Luis 6- Was bright late on but did make errors in the first.

Ramires 6.5 Much better in the second half than he was the first. Substituted in the second half. (Oscar – 61′ )

Matic 7- Lost control in the first half but retained the pace of the game in the second, the exception of a few moments.

Willian 7- Showed great energy in the second half but struggled to find space in front of a very organised defence.Set up the winning goal, however.(Zouma – 80′ )

Fàbregas 7- Anonymous in the first half but did show creativity in he second half. Slowly getting back to form.

Hazard 8- By far Chelsea’s most likely outlet throughout and scored a great goal in the first half. Was a menace throghout. Man of the match.

Diego Costa 7- Finished the second goal briliantly but was often left isolated for the rest of the game, despte his hardwork. (Remy – 75′ )

Substitutes:

Oscar 6- Brought on in the second half but struggled to get into the game.

Zouma 7- Brought on late on to protect the lead and did his job.

Remy 7- Scored the winning goal which should have been saved.

Manager:

Jose Mourinho 7- The team started very well but the defence is still a worry. His subsitions, particuarly Remy, changed the result.
