Manchester United manager José Mourinho reveals two of his stars are doubts for FA Cup final against Chelsea at Wembley next Saturday.
“Anthony [Martial], I have to wait a bit for more. It’s his knee.
“He was injured in the Friday training session and on Saturday he couldn’t train. He had treatment in the morning at the training ground and he stayed away.
“I’m waiting for the doctor but when it’s impossible to play today, I have my doubts for the Cup final. Let’s wait and see, also for Romelu [Lukaku]. I know he will be back on Tuesday.”
United, who finished second behind Premier League champions Manchester City, will start the preparation for the final tomorrow, as Mourinho revealed:
“We’ll have one day off to disconnect a little bit but then, of course, on Tuesday we start thinking about the last week of work and the last week of work is for a final, so we don’t need more motivation than what we have.”
