Antonio Conte could be offered a managerial role from Real Madrid, according to reports in the Daily Mail this morning.

The current Chelsea boss is not expected to remain at Stamford Bridge next season and has emerged as leading candidate to become the new manager at Real Madrid.

It is understood Chelsea board met both long-term target Maurizio Sarri and former PSG head-coach Laurent Blanc, who’s already set personal terms with the club ahead of a potential takeover. Sarri remains Chelsea’s top target despite several problems in the negotiations are stalling the move.

Mauricio Pochettino reportedly refused to join Real Madrid, following his contract extension with Tottenham Hotspur.
