Arsenal 0 v Chelsea 1 – Blues top at half time in London derby

by -

Chelsea lead Arsenal through Diego Costa’s goal scored in the 22 minute. A first half with not many opportunities to shout about.

Chelsea have capitalised on Per Mertersacker’s sending off for bringing down Costa in a goal scoring opportunity which left Wenger angry.

Giroud being replaced by Gabriel leaves Arsenal with no strike force on the pitch and will be an advantage for Chelsea in the second half.
