After claiming ten days ago that he would leave Chelsea this summer, John Terry could well enter talks with the club to stay for another year.
Guus Hiddink he is a big player for his team and that the club will hold talks with the skipper:
“We have dealt with this issue. Let’s wait on what happens from now on. The focus is on ourselves. He has explained he is focusing on games, not this issue.”
After Kurt Zouma‘s serious injury, there can be no other choice than extends his contract.
Terry was clearly disappointed with how he has been treated but it now appears he could stay, as he claimed also the other night after Manchester United‘s clash:
“There’s no communication between myself and the club. I have made it very clear: I want to stay.”
