Juventus want to keep Cuadrado

Chelsea flop Juan Cuadrado is currently on loan at Italian giants Juventus until the end of the season.

Cuadrado joined Chelsea at the end of last year, for a staggering £26m. The winger made just 4 starts for The Blues before going on a season long loan to Juve.

The Italian sides director, Guiseppe Marotta, rates the player highly and would like to keep him in Turin for next season.

“He is on loan but for the squad and his tactical flexibility we really need him.

“He plays in a different way compared to all our other midfielders. Cuadrado could help us a lot and we are happy about his performances. We will try to hold on to him for the next campaign.”
