Chelsea suffered their second straight away defeat in the Premier League season as Wolves completed a massive comeback at Molineux against the Blues.
Goals from Raul Jimenez and Diogo Jota sealed a 2-1 victory after Ruben Loftus Cheek had put Chelsea in front with a shot deflected into the bottom corner. Maurizio Sarri‘s men went close to double their lead before conceding two goals in 5 minutes.
Both Olivier Giroud and Pedro came off the bench to respond but Wolves cruised quite comfortably to a 2-1 win, which means Chelsea are now level on points with Arsenal in 4th place. Premier League leaders Man City (Chelsea’s next opponents) remain 10 points above the Blues, with Liverpool and Tottenham respectively in 2nd and 3rd position.
