According to Sky Sport Italia Juventus rejected a first € 30m bid ( approximately £ 26.5m) from AC Milan for Chelsea target Leonardo Bonucci.
The Bianconeri are demanding at least € 40m ( approximately £ 35m) for the 30-year-old, who seems keen to move to the Serie A rivals.
The Blues have been heavely linked to the Italian international in the past but the club preferred to sign Antonio Rudiger from AS Roma earlier this week to provide competition for the likes of Cesar Azpilicueta, David Luiz and Gary Cahill in the backline: the German defender, 24, costed £ 29.
Bonucci seems to have agreed personal terms with AC Milan, but now the two clubs have to agree a fee.
The Rossoneri are keen to include defenders Alessio Romagnoli, 22, and Mattia De Sciglio, 24, in the deal.
