Chelsea are closing in for a deal regarding the young Kenedy.

Kenedy currently ply’s his trade for Fluminense and is a highly rated young forward.

Rumours suggest that Inter Milan and Manchester United are also interested in the striker. They are reportedly willing to place a £5 million offer. United also have history with Fluminese – they signed Rafael and Fabio da Silva from the club in 2008.

But the Blues are ready to splash £8 million for the 19-year old, which could be split between two parties.

Life in England wouldn’t be too hard as the presence of four Brazilians in the Chelsea team would surely help him settle.

He has made 36 appearances for his Brazilian club, with five goals and five assists. Kenedy has also made appearances for both the Brazil U17 and U20 national sides.
