Chelsea will place a bid to sign Fernando Llorente from Swansea, according to the London Evening Standard.
It is understood Antonio Conte is a great admirer of the ex-Juventus forward, who would be reportedly eager to join the Blues despite a move to Stamford Bridge failed in January.
The Italian manager is said to be keen to strengthen his choice of back-up strikers and Llorente would be perfect in his idea of football.
With Diego Costa and Michy Batshuayi both expected to leave (the Belgian star on a season-long loan) the club in summer, the Swansea forward could fill the gap. Moreover, Romelu Lukaku is said to be ready to join Manchester United as Jose Mourinho made a last attempt to lure him from Stamford Bridge return.
