Inter put shocking buy-out clause on Chelsea target Icardi’s new deal

by -

Argentinian striker Mauro Icardi signs a new contract with Inter and the Nerazzurri put a shocking buy-out clause, valid only for non Italian clubs, in his new deal.

In fact, a foreign club who will like to sign Icardi in the future will have to pay a shocking € 110m/ £ 99m fee to the former José Mourinho side.

Icardi, that grew up as a player in Barcelona‘s academy and moved to the Milan club from Sampdoria in summer 2013, has already scored 58 goals in 114 appearances for the Nerazzurri: important numbers if we consider his age, just 23.

His efficiency on the pitch made him a target for many European top clubs, including Chelsea, but Inter new owners, the Chinese industrial giant Suning, claimed they have no intentions to sell the player….unless someone will pay the new buy-out clause.
