Manchester United are lining up a bold move to sign Chelsea teen sensation Domingos Quina, according to the Daily Express.
Quina has been catching the eyes of several clubs recently, despite being just 16-years old. He joined from Portuguese side Benfica in 2013.
United, who have come under fire in recent weeks for failing to nurture academy players into their first team, view Quina as the first step in their new youth system after CEO Ed Woodward recently announced an overhaul at the club’s Melwood academy.
It is unclear if Chelsea are willing to release the Portugal Under-17 international, or indeed how much United would pay should a deal be sanctioned.
