Monaco vice-president Vadim Vasilyev revealed the Ligue 1 side wanted Chelsea flop Radamel Falcao back on January but his injury stopped the deal:
“We thought about bringing him back in January, but he was injured,” he admitted to RMC.
“We’ll see what happens at the end of the season. We won’t exclude the possibility of him coming back to the club in the summer.”
About the next transfer market he claimed:
“We’re not going to do anything crazy, but if we’re back in the Champions League, I want a competitive team.
“If we’re there, it’s not to earn money, it’s to get points and victories.”
