Los galacticos rethink on Leno as De Gea transfer is on standby

Real Madrid is looking for a replacement in case De Gea does not accept their offer in the summer.  The possible substitute can  be the German Bernd Leno, goalkeeper of Bayer Leverkusen who is actually one of young german football promises.

Leno started his career in 2009 with  Stuttgart before sign a contract of  €7.5m in 2011 scoring more than 150 appereances in Bundesliga. With Stuttgart he is under contract until 2017.

However, the deal with De Gea is blocked as he snubbed a contract of £200.000 per week with Real Madrid. In fact, Real Madrid boss would like retry the assault this summer, thing not very easily  make to accomplish as De Gea wants have the number 1 on his shirt. It means replacing Iker Casillas, but the two times world  champion  is unwilling to surrend his place. A place he has since 2002.

If Real Madrid  acquires Leno, he would be the second German goalkeeper in the history of the team after Bodo IIlgner who played from 1996 to 2000.
