According to Express Sport, 14th July is the date that has been set for Italian coach Antonio Conte to become Chelsea boss.

This date is just four days after the Euro 2016 final. Giving him just four days to prepare for the job if Italy make it to the Euro 2016 final.

The Blues expect Conte, 46, to sign a three year deal worth £18 million.

According to the latest italian rumors, Blues owner Roman Abramovich would gather the players together at the club training ground last weekend just to announce them: “I’ve signed Conte.” Corriere dello Sport also reports that he told the squad: “Hiddink will definitely leave, even though he’s doing very well here.”

The Dutchman has definitely improved the Blues and their position in the League table, but seems that Antonio Conte will replace him just after he has respected his responsibility with Italian national team on Euro 2016.

The current Italy coach is the strong favourite to replace interim manager Guus Hiddink at Stamford Bridge this summer, without clear opponents such as the hypothesis Massimiliano Allegri or Manuel Pellegrini.

Curious conjecture according to The Times; in fact Blues would be ready to a massive bid for two central midfielders of ASRoma. Miralem Pjanic and Radja Nainngolan are two basic pawns of the italian capital’s team, but if the conditions are met they could give up and accept a monstre offer for two of their most important players nowadays.

We’re definitely talking about enormous amounts, which goes from £60m to higher requests. Roma‘s management still didn’t name a price, will they do it soon?

Transfer market's doubts for Blues: can Scott Dann really be the good man to shore up the defence?

If John Stones will really be the first summer signing at the Etihad for Pep Guardiola,  Chelsea should have to look somewhere else for their defensive reinforcements after their tried and failed sign for the english defender last summer.

Chelsea have then identified Crystal Palace defender Scott Dann as an ideal summer transfer target, according to the Daily Mail, but Palace value the defender at £20m too much even for the huge Blues strongbox

The 29-year-old has recently signed a new five-year deal at Selhurst Park, which will not ease Chelsea’s hopes of getting the Eagles at a bargain.

Current Italian boss and Chelsea managerial target Antonio Conte has told the club he wants Roma’s sporting director Walter Sabatini to join him at Stamford Bridge.

Conte, now odds on favourite for the job once his contract expires with Italy at the end of the European Championships, has reportedly had two meetings with Chelsea’s representatives already.

But due to Chelsea already having a technical director in Michael Emenalo, this could be a sticking point in negotiations.

The Blues other managerial target, Juventus boss Massimilliano Allegri is reportedly being offered a new deal to keep him at the club.

After news breaking that Massimiliano Allegri would be signing a new deal with Juventus, the Blues other Italian target Antonio Conte has “agreed a deal in principle” to sign for Chelsea according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Conte is currently the Italian national team manager, but his deal expires after the European Championships in France this summer.

The Italian won three Serie A titles in a row with Juventus before taking over the national team in 2014 and is expected to take over at Stamford Bridge this summer if reports in Italy are proved to be true.

Diego Pablo Simeone

It is believed that Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is still keen on bringing in Atletico Madrid head coach Diego Simeone, but he is unsure due to the Argentine’s playing style.

Chelsea’s Russian owner prefers the idea of Italian coaches Allegri, who is currently at Juventus or Conte, who is Italian national manager, but is open to the idea of bringing in Simeone as well.

Simeone won La Liga with Atletico Madrid in 2014 and also managed the team to the Champions League that year beating Chelsea along the way.
