Eden Hazard could have played his last game for Chelsea tonight.

The Belgian player, who scored a brace in the Europa League final against Arsenal, hinted to a move when interviewed on the pitch after the final whistle:

The Belgian, 28, has been linked with a move to Real Madrid and said that he is now “waiting on both clubs’ decision” after “taking my own decision, who I’ve communicated to both clubs.”

I think it’s a goodbye, but in football you never know,” he told BT Sport after winning his second Europa League in 6 years with Chelsea ( the previous one was in 2013, in his first season at Stamford Bridge)

“We will decide in a few days, the only target in my mind was to win this final.”

Then he added: “Maybe now it is the time for a new challenge.

“My dream was to play in the Premier League and I have done that for one of the biggest clubs.”

Hazard joined the Blues for £32m from Lille in summer 2012 and made 352 appearances in seven years, scoring a total of 110 goals, the latest ones tonight in the Baku final.

In the post match press conference after Chelsea‘s win vs Nottingham Forest at Stamford Bridge, Carlo Cudicini replaced Gianfranco Zola and commented on Cesc Fabregas who not only missed a penalty, but also probably played his last match with the Blues before joining As Monaco.

I don’t know If it is the last game it is good he played in front of his fans. As I said I don’t know. He was captain in pre-season when Cahill wasn’t on, Aspi wasn’t He can take penalties, it won’t be the first or the last when someone misses a penalty. The keeper did well”. Cudicini said. “What can I say about Cesc? 500 games. He is unique in his position, unbelievable visiojn, awareness and he can spot runs behind the defensive line so precise. He is one of a kind that can do that. He has been fantastic for the teams before us and the contribution to his club has been amazing. He has been fantastic”.

Cesc Fabregas is edging ever closer to joining AS Monaco in January, as French publication L’Equipe wrote on Wednesday.

The midfielder, who came off the bench to replace Ross Barkley in the Blues’ goalless draw against Southampton last night, tweeted earlier this morning: “500 games in English football, the best and most competitive football in the world, what a ride it has been! A proper dream come true to reach these numbers. Another proud moment in my career. I will see you all at the Bridge on Saturday”.

The Spaniard, who has been heavily linked also with a move to AC Milan, is expected to play his last game for Chelsea against Nottingham Forest, in the FA Cup Third Round on Saturday.

Antonio Conte believes tomorrow’s game will not be easy for Chelsea as Huddersfield Town are fighting to stay in the Premier League.

For sure our expectations are to have a tough game. Huddersfield are fighting to avoid relegation. Conte said during his pre-game press conference. “We must pay great attention and we have to play with only two games rest. We spent a lot of mental and physical effort. You have to win over 90 minutes, not the way you start and we must be clever”

Tomorrow’s game will be Chelsea’s last one at Stamford Bridge this season and it could also be last Conte’s game if he will leave the London club this summer. However, the Italian manager refused to comment over the situation regarding his future.

I am very focused on the present and to do my best job for Chelsea”. Conte explained. “As you know very well our job is not simple or easy, but I am totally focused on the present and it is to finish the season in the best possible way. Our fans deserve this”.

Chelsea midfielder Nemanja Matic spoke about John Terry’s second yellow card at Stadium of Light: “Of course, he is not happy we lost.” he said after the 3-2 away defeat.

“But we know what he has done for this club and what he has won. All of us in the team wish him all the best for the future and of course this is not a good way to finish in a club but we don’t forget what he won and what he has already done.”

John Terry will probably suffer the consequences with a two-match suspension and then he may have played his final game for Blues against Sunderland.

Chelsea captain John Terry was sent off in the 3-2 defeat at Stadium of Light and may have played his final game for Blues today against Sunderland.

It is understood Terry might not put the pen to paper on a new contract and he is reportedly not in Chelsea plans for next season.

The 35-years-old has been also sent off against West Brom in this season.

Pogba stayed at Juventus last summer but hinted an exit soon

Chelsea target agent spoke after the Champions League Final that ratified FC Barcelona as new European champions and the only team in the history to do two trebles.

Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba was linked many times to English top clubs like Chelsea and Manchester United, and Mino Raiola– his agent- claimed right after the final whistle:

Berlin could be Pogba’s last game with Juventus. They don’t want to sell him. Whoever wants him will have to buy him” he said to Sky Sport Italia.

“However, it could happen. The market is open until September 2. He has a contract with Juventus, who have not made any moves to sell him.”

Concrete offers arrived but they were brushed aside. But the price will be decided by who wants him. The price doesn’t matter to someone who wants to buy a work of art.”

“Juventus will control the auction but it will be one of the most costly transfers in history. He’s a special player. He’s already given us a glimpse of the path he’s on even though we have not even seen the best of Pogba,” the midfielder’s agent stressed.
